Judging from the number of bakeries mushrooming around town over the years, one would assume that breads are garnering an increasing amount of interest among Malaysians especially yours truly, who is a big fan of breads. Therefore, when I stumbled across Bakery Moments at the ground floor of Ikano Power Centre, my senses were literally tingled with excitement by the whiff of aroma emitting from the freshly baked breads.
Apparently, Bakery Moments originates all the way from Norway. Hence, they naturally adopted the Norwegian style of making their breads. I was so caught up with taking pictures of the breads that I ordered and actually forgotten their names! First up is this particular bread with minced tuna which spreads around the center. Really nice if you are that sort that love tuna on the bread.
The smokey BBQ sauce on top of this bread was yummy as well. There was a piece of hotdog right at the center of the bread which compliments the sauce well.
The garlic bread with its soft texture was a pleasure to eat.
The breads costs RM 11.50 in total which wasn’t really cheap to be honest. But when I Googled about Bakery Moments, I found out that their breads are of premium quality as Norwegians are particular about the quality of their bread.
As such, their breads are made with high quality imported ingredients. I guess that sort of justify the price in return for delicious breads.
